Seasoned sports and brand strategist with extensive leadership and transformational management experience in top-tier organisations. From 2016 to 2023, he served nearly seven years on the Executive Board of Hertha BSC, leading digital transformation, brand management, internationalisation, and corporate social responsibility. Paul has championed the strategic corporate implementation of the SDGs and climate action initiatives for over two decades, professionally and as a board member of multiple foundations. His leadership is defined by inspiring people, communities, and organisations to believe in their own capacity to shape the future.
